I require 100% payment upfront before starting your commission unless something else is agreed upon!

Must have a clear, unshaded digital (or traditional with digital colors/swatches) reference sheet.

WIPs are usually shown during each stage of the commission and I try my hardest to work with you. Please inform me of any changes needed! I promise you being picky is NOT annoying and i want you to walk away with a piece that you're happy with!

Redlining/drawing over/editing WIPs to show changes or points of interest is completely fine!

I work and am in school, so I please ask for your patience! I try my hardest to update on any potential delays!

I only draw others OCs with explicit permission either in the form of a message from said user, or a screenshot. Commissioning art for a friend is fine, I just need permission.

*I am fine with drawing gore as long as it’s not abusive in nature or extremely excessive. I do not draw abuse, self harm, suicide, etc. I also draw different forms of gore such as candy, fruit, regular, glitter, etc. just ask!

If you are commissioning art of a stolen character, you will be immediately blocked and blacklisted, and the original owner contacted.

All clients who have commissioned me 3+ times will receive a 10% discount applied to their commission as a thank you! This amount may rise if you are a frequent client of mine.

You do not have permission to line my sketches, color my sketches, or put my art on any merch unless specified/discussed and agreed upon.

All commissions upon completion can be sent over email or Toyhou.se, just ask!

If you upload my art of your OC anywhere, I require that you give credit in the original post linking it back to me. ("Art not by me/by original artist is not good enough! Put my name or a link to my socials as credit please!)

I may use your art in the future as an example. If you’d like to be tagged, just let me know!

No one is permitted to use my art for NFTs, AI art, etc. If you see my work being used this way, PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.

All finished art is non-refundable

All commissions have a 20% non-refund fee regardless of amount completed on my end. This is non-negotiable.

If a refund is needed, the amount will be based on how much has been on my end and is entirely up to my discretion. Just communicate with me and we’ll be able to work something out.

If a refund is needed, I ask that you do not issue a chargeback or you will be blocked, blacklisted, and will have a beware issued.

If I am selling or trading a stolen adopt, please make me aware! I would never purposely steal someone’s character and chances are, I purchased them from someone who purchased them from someone who stole them. I’ll happily remove them.

I do not abide by any TOS that include the practice of taking OCs back if your Terms of Service are broken. Take this as your warning. That is theft and I will continue on as if I own said OC and you will be blocked. Please warn me if I’ve broken any rules pertaining to your art. Blocking and Blacklisting are entirely fine and justified!! But I will not have OCs stolen from me that I have paid for. If you reupload OCs that I still own, I will be publicly blacklisting you and filing a report for stolen characters. Thank you.
